Children
The goal in Christ Church Anglican's Children's Ministries is to partner with parents to invite children into a lifelong journey of faith, leading to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We know a shared experience between church and home is far more effective in building a spiritual foundation, and our programs are designed to encourage parent involvement and follow-up conversations in the home.
We believe...
● Each and every child is a gift from God.
● The Bible is God's Word and should be taught in innovative, relevant ways.
● Kids' ministry should be fun, creative, and implemented with excellence.
● A faithful volunteer staff is essential for successful ministry.
Children are precious and Chris Church is a safe environment. We have created a culture of safety and awareness with continuous oversight. All staff and all volunteers who have contact with children are screened, background checked and have undergone “Safe Church” Training.
We strive to help families live out Deuteronomy 6:5-7:
And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength. And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up.
