Gather With Us

“Come, follow me.” —Jesus, Mark 1:17

Our goal is to make healthy, mature, multiplying disciples. Discipleship happens naturally outside of Sunday mornings. Especially in small groups. It’s not that people don’t want to become like Jesus, or that people aren’t trying to become like Jesus.
It’s that we don’t know how to become like Jesus. We need a pathway to formation for the modern era.

Practicing the Way is our primary pathway for allowing Jesus to apprentice us into the life of His Kingdom.

For those of us who desire to follow Jesus, here is the reality we must turn and face: If we’re not being intentionally formed by Jesus himself, then it’s highly likely we are being unintentionally formed by someone or something else. (John Mark Comer).

We don’t stumble our way into holiness. We need a plan. It takes intentionality. Our intentional core spiritual disciplines include:

●      Sabbath

●      Prayer

●      Fasting

●      Solitude

●      Generosity

●      Scripture

●      Community

●      Service

●      Witness

You can find out more at Practicing the Way and register for a free account. There are great resources here for learning how to follow Jesus and be His apprentice. You can also learn how to run the course in a home group.

After our group study, we break into small groups. In small groups we have greater opportunities to share, learn and grow.

We start at 630pm after our community dinner. Come join us! This is a great way to connect with others, make friends and become of true follower of Jesus.
